SHA or OUR when transferring Czech crowns - what to choose?

In EOP, SHA is usually enough, although incidental intermediary deductions may occur. If you are settling an invoice or require the full amount from the recipient, choose OUR. This variant stabilizes the result on the recipient's side at the expense of a higher fee on the sender's side. In the panel you will compare both solutions before acceptance.

What data is needed for a transfer in CZK?

Provide the recipient's details, IBAN with the "CZ" prefix and the bank's BIC/SWIFT. Include the invoice number or description of the purpose in the subject line. The wizard in the GLOBALtransfer Panel checks the formats and informs about any deficiencies, which reduces the risk of the transfer being returned. Before submitting, you can review the summary again and correct any typos.

The most common ones include IBAN errors and cut-off orders. If you notice an inaccuracy after sending, please contact support immediately - a quick response increases the chances of correction. When the full amount at the recipient is crucial, set OUR; when the priority is lower cost on your end, choose SHA, accepting potential minor deductions.

CZK exchange rate and the moment of shipment - when does exchanging funds make sense?

If you ultimately need PLN, it is often more convenient and predictable to exchange funds before shipping. When you pay in CZK, a transfer in Czech crowns reduces additional currency conversions and facilitates accounting for the recipient. The summary in the panel will show the total cost of each route, which makes it easier to choose a more advantageous option.
